In my deep contemplation to get a sense about the growing number of discontent workers in private sectors, I certainly realized some relevant nexus between wrong evaluation of talent and absence of proper system to run the private organizations. One of the fundamental issues is that we all support spreading education but very few are there to value education. In the present scenario mostly, in urban areas, the number of semi-educated people, means those who have adequate knowledge in computer and at the same time literate enough to communicate in English to complete their daily work; are indeed present in a large number. The availability of cheap labor has turned out to be a great boon for small business organizations. And taking advantage of the same they are exploiting their employees in every step.
The perpetual competition between
the workers to secure their jobs has to some extent force the workers to compromise
on different aspects pertaining to their fundamental rights. In one hand
the availability of cheap educated employees have given the opportunity to the
employers to always have an option in hand to replace the existing one with the
one awaiting and on the other hand, the crisis of jobs, likewise, compelled the
workers to accept whatever little they get. It is quite painful fact that in
the present day there are ample numbers of private organization who do not have
a salary structure where employees shall be valued based on their ability not by anything else.
Most of the government affiliated
small private concerns are run on the whim of the proprietor. Their cold and
dark minds never intrigue the awareness in them to evaluate the system
throughout. There are rules and criteria set out by the government, which they simply
comply with by satisfying the government inspectors. It seems, we are living in
the world of a tyrant king where no one has the right to claim one’s basic right.
The system that has been going on for so long has certainly dampened the true
prospect of education. The society seems to be steered to a direction where there is no way out but to fall into the trap of annihilation.
For so long the claim that
the entire civilization had about having a system for equal right or upliftment
of backward classes, has rightly given a shape in the tyrant dictatorship of
private concerns of our nation. The equality is profound here that you would
not be able to distinguish between a driver, layman with an educated person. The
system is so blind and corrupted that the government despite knowing all the
pitfalls of it never made least endeavor to fix the problem. We all talk about
promotion of education but unfortunately none is ready to pay its value.
Thought provoking and an acerbic indictment of both the bristly employers who scour for good talent and average mind to secure themselves the options to pull a trick on them and these hapless lot keep getting enmeshed in policies churned out by both government, private and semi private sector in collusion to only further the naked commercial needs and not pay heed to the inhumane leash they put on such hardworking and deserving blokes
