Prevailing British Culture in India

It has been although more than 20 decades that British had left their colonial empire from our nation, we are yet to shake their impact off completely from our culture or behavior. We all must know about the Nilkar Sahebs, who were brutally extracting the innocent farmers of India. The poor farmers were deceived in every step of life; they were lured to enmesh in the trap of British landlords’ in India. Taking advantage of the poor condition of the Indian farmers the British Landlords offered them a lump sum amount which actually bound the uneducated farmers to work under the cruel British Landlord for an indefinite time.

Now, with time we have made remarkable progress over a period of time but that habit that British instilled in us to deceive others mostly, the needy one, somewhat adopted very well by our people. Thus, even after two centuries when British had left our nation, the practice of deceiving the poor people is quite common in our culture in the modern time. The poor or needy ones are still lured by the higher class of people and in return of very basic favor of the bourgeois classes, they have to give their all to the power full people. This practice of exploiting the poor, is not only prevailing in our nation but also all across the world this practice is highly followed and mostly in the third, world countries who are under the process of development, it can be seen ever where.
