Necessity of Humanity on our life

In the 21st century, we are surrounded and very much dependent on the latest technology and making our physical efforts much lesser we are availing different sorts of facilities to progress beyond the imagination. We the “humans” are now experimenting on the fact if “there is any existence of life in the moon”. Scientist's endeavour of discovering the actually facts of the universe didn't stop there, rather  they  are now trying to figure out if we can really live in the moon or cosmos.

While we are progressing so rapidly, there is a common but the utmost important aspect of life is being overlooked or neglected i.e. nothing but humanity. We do not seem to have time to think of anything from the emotional perspective of life. In spite of "acting like a human, we now act more like a machine". Whilst in the human society humanity should be the most common element, but unfortunately we are very much lacking it in our daily life. Thus an act of humanity is considered to be an exclusive news in the modern era.

So being a part of the human society when I came across the extraordinary news of a girl from Kenya on BBC, I could not take my mind off it so lightly but got really surprised to evaluate the fact that humanity is still alive in the world.

A 32 years Kenyan girl named Wanja Mwarua bummed into one of her childhood friends named “Patrick Hinga” after 15 years on her way to the super market. She was not able to recognize her friend until Patrick cleared his identity to her. She said "Patrick was no way looking the same as he used to look during his childhood days. “We used to call him pele as he was very good at soccer” but with time and circumstances Patrick has changed a lot and now a days his condition is very poor". But as soon as Patrick expressed his desire to live a normal life, she responded with full of positivity and promised to help him in every possible manner.

Now Patrick is in much better condition, he made a great progress in last few weeks and gradually heading towards a better future with the help of his kind friend Wanja.
This story has really forced me to consider the fact that it does not really matter how well we have shaped up our lives with modern technology, but it is the humanity that we need the most above all.

Like Patrick Hinga there are plenty of talented boys in our society who are getting spoiled due to proper guidance and absence of a friend like Wanja Mwarua in their life. I believe given a little bit of support and love they can overcome against all the odds of life and able to lead a healthy lifestyle.

These days a common trend has been badly followed by our youth generation which is “act like western people and carrying a cool attitude” disregarding our own culture and traditions, whereas on the other hand the western people are trying to be much formal and aim to live a decent life with full of humanity.

Considering the present scenario I think “we should not ignore our own culture and on the same time we should be truly flexible to respect all the human beings irrespective of their caste, profession and other irrelevant matters which may disrupt in the way of making a lively society.
