‘Man-Management’ is a skill
that almost all of us need to have to be successful in life. Mostly for those
who are working at private sector ‘Man-Management’ is a prerequisite factor which
helps us to survive in any industry. Be it a multinational organization or
small concern, politics is an integral part of any work place. Thus, having the
ability to manage people or situation according to one’s need is deemed as very
crucial side of one’s character. For some, it is an innate ability to manage
people as per requirement, whereas for others it comes gradually with time.
Moreover, in order to survive in society or any work place one has to have that
sense to influence people as per his/her wish.
It is not at all mandatory that
only managers of big companies have the unique feature of persuading people.
Even somebody, who is working in a small organization, may need that skill too.
In fact women, those who are housewives, have to master the skill in order to maintain
harmony and peace at home. It is regarded that those who have the sense of “Man-
Management” in real life achieve success more quickly than those who lack this
special skill.
On the other hand it is also
not correct to consider that a good student will invariably have good
man-management ability. Somebody who did not even have basic education may
possess abundant potential of this unique feature of man-management in his/her
character. Generally, it is our experience of life which steer us to build up this
unique but utmost important feature in our character.
