India, being a nation of multinational religion people, celebrates different religious festivals round the year all across the nation. The unity of our nation lies in its diversity, where people of different caste and religion live under the same roof for centuries. However, amid this cultural diversity there is harmony and peace prevails all over the nation, although distinct religious rights among different religious people are also a common phenomenon of our culture. Despite all its diversity and conflicts among different religion people, we must agree to the fact that it is a sheer happiness to celebrate the religious festivals together with other castes overcoming the barrier of religions.
India, being a nation of more than One Thirty Crore people, come across variety of religious festivals all over the year, where regardless of caste and religion people from separate religions happily take part in others festivals. It is believed that in our nation where most people belong to lower middle class family and constantly struggle to meet-up their basic amenities, consider religious festivals as a significant aspect of our cultural and social dimension.
Most importantly religious festival give people a reason to celebrate a day, keeping their work and other daily factors aside. It also bring immense joy and happiness among children as they have very limited resources to have fun with their family, thus these special religious festival give them an opportunity to spend a few days away from their regular schedule . On the other hand religious festivals are also regarded as an important medium to roll money in the market. India as a large economic market, has to be quite calculative to maintain an equilibrium in its economic system and our religious festivals undoubtedly play a major role in that.
In our usual life, religious festivals bring a huge change and make us feel rejuvenated and revive dourselves through its charm. In addition, it also holds great significance for our cultural aspect and economical stability from different perspectives. Although some people feel that celebrating the religious festivals are just a matter of extravagancy but considering its value from cultural and economical ground, we must agree to the fact that without religious festivals we could never have a stable economy that we have at present.
